My name is Vitto Pessanha, the founder of this brand, SBO, driven by a powerful idea I encountered: the notion that anything your mind believes to be possible can be achieved. However, the simplicity of this concept belies the arduous journey it entails. Mastery of this principle, if attainable, requires years and decades of dedication.
The foundation of this idea lies in the belief that the mind is the creator of all things. Through consistent repetition of thoughts and actions, one reaps the rewards or faces the consequences. It's crucial to be acutely aware of your thoughts, as they inevitably manifest into actions. While the conscious mind can retain only so much information, the subconscious is all-knowing.
The process begins by seeing the goal in your mind—a vivid idea or thought. Through constant repetition in the conscious mind, this thought solidifies itself in the subconscious. This is the phase of envisioning, where the mind creates the blueprint for what can be achieved.
Next comes the phase of believing. As the subconscious absorbs the repeated thoughts, a profound belief in the possibility of the goal takes root. It's at this stage that the mind, both consciously and subconsciously, aligns itself with the envisioned goal.
Ultimately, the law of the mind dictates that what is consistently seen and believed must be obtained. The final phase involves the subconscious mind working tirelessly to bring the envisioned goal into reality.
